Just a general discussion as a friend and I were talking about it.

He said it wasn't a deep draft as the only notable good talents were scheifele and landeskog while other players like nugent-Hopkins, huberdeau and strome haven't really done much for their teams since being drafted or have been traded. (Zibanajed, Larsson) My opinion is that it is a deep draft as the first top 10 selections have atleast semi important roles on the teams they are currently on. What're your thoughts?

Fun fact: Ryan nugent-Hopkins was from my hometown and was NOTORIOUS for being really into drugs like cocaine, hence why he was so skinny going into the draft.

eh in my opinion it wasn't deep but it also wasn't a very bad draft.
